WASTE-SEC is a scenario-based decision-support framework developed to analyse food loss, food waste, food security and supply-chain resilience. This seminar will demonstrate how data-driven modelling can support researchers, policymakers and industry stakeholders in evaluating vulnerabilities, exploring future scenarios and identifying interventions that improve food-system sustainability and resilience.
